Delete Account

You can ask us to delete your Oath of Ashes account (published by FYapps) and all game data linked to it at any time.

How to request deletion

1. Send an email to support@oathofashes.app with the subject Delete my account.
2. Include your character name. To prove it is your account, also include a screenshot of the in-game Settings screen, or send the email from the address of the Google account you play with.
3. We confirm and delete the account within 30 days, and reply when it is done.

What is deleted

• Your account and Google Play Games link.
• Your characters, items, progress, pets, friends and rankings.
• Your chat messages and clan membership (a clan you lead passes to another member or is disbanded).

What is kept

• Purchase records required by tax and accounting law, for up to 10 years, without game data.
• Server backups, which expire automatically within 14 days.

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Purchases are not refunded by deletion; refunds go through Google Play.
