By playing Oath of Ashes you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not play.
Your account
You sign in with Google Play Games and are responsible for activity on your account. One person may own several characters, but accounts may not be sold, shared or traded for money.
Fair play
Do not cheat, exploit bugs, use bots or modified clients, or harass other players. We may warn, mute, suspend or ban accounts that break these rules, and remove items gained unfairly.
Chat and names
Keep names and messages free of hate, threats, sexual content and personal information. We may rename characters or remove messages.
Purchases
Purchases are made through Google Play and are subject to Google Play’s terms. Virtual items have no real-world money value and cannot be exchanged for cash. Refund requests are handled by Google Play under its refund policy. Premium is a one-time 30-day pass and does not renew automatically.
The game can change
We update and balance the game over time; items, prices and features can change. We try to keep the game online, but cannot promise it will always be available, and we may end the service with reasonable notice.
Liability
The game is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for lost virtual items. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law where you live.
